Vending Mobile Request App

This is the latest in vending technology. The MR-1 app is a web-based application that allows our customers to quickly and easily contact us whenever a machine needs service. Each machine includes a unique sticker positioned in clear view of all customers. Whenever there’s an issue, the customer can visit the mobile site with a smart phone and send a report immediately. This cuts you out of the equation when a machine needs service or a refund is needed. Also, you no longer have to rely on someone remembering to tell the route driver about the problem.
